Welcome to Certified Concierge ("Service"), operated exclusively by Certified Concierge Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our platform, submitting a project request, or engaging our professional administrative, research, or logistical support services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Certified Concierge Ltd. provides specialized business administrative assistance, data and travel option research, and project logistical coordination. All specific deliverables, project durations, and performance parameters are exclusively outlined in an independent, written Statement of Work (SOW) executed by both parties prior to billing initiation.
All services are rendered on a commercial, project-by-project basis at a fixed flat rate or via predefined milestone fees detailed in your customized SOW. Clients agree to provide valid business payment credentials through our authorized merchant routing portal. Services will only be scheduled or initiated once initial deposits or full milestone funding are validated.
To ensure maximum accuracy and operational speed, clients agree to supply complete parameters, data access, and clean documentation as requested within active project briefs. We are not liable for scheduling bottlenecks or inaccurate logistical summaries resulting from missing, flawed, or delayed client-provided inputs.
Upon full receipt of final milestone payments, full corporate ownership, rights, and titles to finalized customized research datasets, text documents, data logs, and project tracking sheets transfer completely to the client. The baseline structure, custom CSS/HTML design elements, and underlying platform software framework remain the exclusive property of Certified Concierge Ltd.
These Terms of Service and all related individual Statements of Work are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any corporate actions or contract resolutions must be formally submitted through the appropriate jurisdictions in Florida.
